Applicants must possess:

(a) Five (5) O’ Level credits including English Language

(b) Government Trade Test Certificate Class II Certificate in the Trade, plus at least four (4) years’ experience after obtaining Class III Trade Test Certificate. 

(c) Federal Ministry of Works Training School Diploma in relevant field, OR 

(d) Junior School Certificate with Five (5) credits in English Language plus Technical School Diploma or Certificate in relevant field.
