Herbal Treatment for Herpes; a viral infection.
To permanently get rid of herpes, you are advised to go on 60 days juice fast or 90days clean food consumption, which is all about feeding light on greens, alkaline based food, light carbohydrates, little or no meat etc.

Preparation:
1.) 5 to 10 drops of Oregano oil is mixed with 1 ounce of Olive oil. Note that a drop of oil is 10mg. You are advised to use 8 drops to 1 ounce.
2.).Do not fill up the 1 or 2 ounce bottle to leave space for the sweetener; stevia preferably, which you will add if you choose to use sweetener.
3.) Mix the oils together using combustion approach; hit the 1 or 2 ounce bottle containing the oils on your palm 25 times without break and the mixture is ready for use.
Dosage:
Every morning and evening, take two drops of the oil under the tongue, hold the oil for 30 seconds and swallow thereafter.

Warning:
If you are on any medication, ingest the oil after 2-3 hours of taking the medication or 2-3 hours before taking the medication.
B.) Herpes eradicating cream.
Items:
🍃 Cold pressed coconut oil
🍃 2 drops of Oregano essential oil.
How to use:
1.) Mix little cold pressed Coconut oil and two drops of Oregano essential oil together.
2.) Apply on the lower and middle part of your back. This is because herpes tend to hide in the mentioned part of the body.
3.) Do this once or twice daily.

🍃 15 bulbs of medium size red onions
🍃 1 turmeric root
🍃 500 grams Red grapes.
Preparation:
1.) Blend the red grapes
2.) Add to the blended red grapes, the red onions and thinly diced turmeric root.

4.) Drink and store the remaining smoothie in air tight glass jar.
Dosage:
