The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) program of basic digital literacy workshop is being sponsored by the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
The initiative is actually piloted and funded by the dual NITDA and Microsoft, with the sole aim of enriching Nigerian youths with the needed digital and life skills.
It is believed that once they are exposed to such digital skill, there will be room for economic growth and redefinition of participant’s career in the field.
The commencement of the Digital State Program will be implemented by Wootlap Innovation, who will, in turn, secure the information of participants without disclosing such data to other organizations (third parties).
