Video of Ikom youths allegedly beaten by soldiers for chasing herdsmen from their community [Watch]

A video making the rounds online shows some youths who were allegedly brutalized by men of the Nigerian Army for chasing away herdsmen that invaded their community.
It was reported earlier that Nigerian Army was accused of beating youths in Nde village, Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River state, for protesting against cattle grazing in their farmland.
In the video, no fewer than 10 youths of Nde Community showed off the injuries they sustained from the attack by soldiers. Their plight prompted residents and monarchs to cry out to the military and state government for help.

Community members insisted that they are peaceful and have asked herdsmen and the army to leave them in peace.
