It is reported that the suspect’s cover got blown when he could not tell the court the University and law school he attended after he was accosted.

The court presided over by Justice C. Nwogu remanded Ejirogene at the request of the Rivers State Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Prince Nyekwere, pending the outcome of their investigation, according to Instablog9ja.

Nyekwere later told pressmen that the Bar Association were informed by the Supreme Court that they do not have the suspect’s name, as a lawyer.

Checks also revealed that his name was also not on the database of the Nigeria Bar Association.

A video uploaded to the Instagram page of Instablog9ja shows a security officer attempting to handcuff Stanley Ejirogene.

He however pleaded profusely that he would not escape, and that he would willingly follow the officer, so there was no need to handcuff and embarrass him.
