Job Title: Internal Operations Manager
Location: Matori, Lagos
Description
- The IOM will assist the Head of Operations department to oversee internal procedures, develop strategies to optimize daily operations, perform assessments and evaluations, set guidelines and objectives, handle internal budgets, and delegate tasks among operations team members.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the operations department sub units i.e. Stores, Logistics, Waybill, Laundry etc; providing report to the line manager on service delivery, quality assurance and risk management
- To imbibe in subordinates, junior staff, cleaners and trainees the service governance code of conduct of the company
- Inspection of intending new contracts with team, writing out materials/equipment for such contracts and collation of required personnel for different job to facilitate quotation as prepared by the Business Development Team.
- Attend meetings and on job interactive visit with client to promote customer relationships.
- Assist in testing new products, measurement and materials for cleaning and for other uses.
- Oversee to the movement of equipment, materials and personnel for jobs assigned.
- Ensure that supplies for operations are of good standard through feedback from end users.
- Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all team leads and supervisors and all non-management personnel.
- Act as liaison officer on behalf of the company to potential and existing clients.
- Manage office correspondences and any other duty that may be assigned by the Head of Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry and numerical skills
- Results driven and time management skills
- Project Management Skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience in budgeting.
Remuneration
N1,200,000 million – N1,440,000 million / Annum + Other benefits.

Job Title: Trainer
Location: Matori, Lagos

Description
- The trainer will be responsible for developing the training plans, managing training classes and working closely with the HR department in initiating training needs assessment to impact knowledge on new and existing employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a training curriculum for cleaners and supervisors; plan and implement an effective training curriculum and sessions.
- Prepare learning goals and assessment parameters for trainees and other employees.
- Develop and execute training sessions for employees at different level; record and manage training periods.
- Advise on latest training trends and applications for employees at all levels to improve organizational goals
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures; supervise training budgets.
- Train and guide new employees during the performance planning and development stage.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Research and arrange external training experts in delivering top notch training modules for specialized trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively use MS Office applications.
- Organization and planning skills; detail oriented.
- Experience in the cleaning service sector will be an added advantage.
- Preferably Male for gender balance.
Remuneration
N720,000 – N840,000 / Annum + HMO

- The BDM will research and identify new business opportunities; strategize and initiate advisory services to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish new strategies for tracking new business opportunities
- Engage and manage new and existing client portfolios
- Up to date on market research to identify new business opportunities from different sectors.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Ensure the existence of a cordial relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present tenders to new clients; ensuring that contract reviews are initiated when required.
- Maintaining consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and predict clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contractand ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines; provide feedback and after-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or any related discipline.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and IT fluency
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiating skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proven experience as a BDM in a servicing company.
- Preferably Male for gender balance.
Remuneration
N1,200,000 / Annum+ Commission on every contract
