The qualifications for each of the positions are as follows:
i. Senior Lecturer (MTUCONUASS 5)
Candidate must possess Ph.D in relevant discipline. Also, candidate must have at least six (6) years teaching/research experience in the University system and must have reasonable scholarly publications.

ii. Lecturer I (MTUCONUASS 4)
Candidate must possess Ph.D in relevant discipline. Also, candidate must have at least three (3) years teaching/research experience in the University system and must have reasonable scholarly publications.
iii. Lecturer II (MTUCONUASS 3)
Candidate must possess Ph.D in relevant discipline. Also, candidate must have evidence of teaching and research potential experience. Scholarly publication will enhance the prospects of candidates.
iv. Senior Facility Manager -MTUCONTISS 08
Candidate must possess B.Sc. /B.Eng. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project
Management, Building, Estate Management and other related fields (with knowledge of Engineering and Management and a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.
Candidate must possess minimum of three (3) years post-qualification requisite experience in facility maintenance/management.
v. Facility Manager -MTUCONTISS 07
Candidate must possess B.Sc. /B.Eng. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project
Management, Building, Estate Management and other related fields (with knowledge of Engineering and Management and a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.
Candidate must possess requisite experience in facility maintenance/management.
vi. Assistant Facility Manager – (MTUCONTISS 06)
Candidate must possess Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Architecture, Engineering,Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, Project Management, Building Technology, Estate Management and other related fields (with knowledge of Engineering and Management)with a minimum of lower Credit. Candidate must possess requisite experience in facility
maintenance/management.
vii. Foreman (Generator Technician/Plumber/Electrician) – (MTUCONTISS 05)
Candidate must possess five (5) O’ level credit passes in subjects including English in SSCE/WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB with Trade Test II and III in relevant field, plus nine (9) years’ experience. OR
a.City & Guild (intermediate) plus four (4) years’ experience. OR
b. OND plus two (2) years’ experience.
viii. Artisan I (Generator Technician/Plumber/Electrician) – (MTUCONTISS 05)
Candidate must possess five (5) O’ Level credit passes in subjects including English in SSCE/WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB with Trade Test II and III in relevant field, plus nine (6) years’ experience.
ix. Gardeners (MTUCONTISS 03)
Candidate must possess five (5) O/Level credit passes in subjects including English
Language or its equivalent.
x. Confidential Secretary I (MTUCONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good honours degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or Office Management with a minimum of Lower Credit and three (3) years cognate experience.
xi. Confidential Secretary II (MTUCONTISS 06)
Candidate must possess HND in Secretarial Studies or Office Management with a minimum of Lower Credit.

xii. Medical Records Officer – (MTUCONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good honours degree/HND in Health Information Management or other relevant discipline.
xiii. Chief Medical Records Assistant – (MTUCONTISS 06)
Candidate must possess ND in Medical Records Certificate from a recognized institution with three (3) years’ experience
xiv. Assistant Chief Medical Records Assistant – (MTUCONTISS 05)
Candidate must possess ND in Medical Records Certificate from a recognized institution
xv. Assistant Executive Officer (Accounts) – (MTUCONTISS 05)
Candidate must possess OND Certificate/NCE/Professional Qualification in appropriate discipline or WASC/GCE/SSCE with five (5) credits including English, Mathematics,
Accounts and Commerce, plus ten (10) years working experience. Evidence of computer literacy is mandatory.
xvi. Senior Clerical Officer (Accounts) – (MTUCONTISS 04)
Candidate must possess five (5) credits passes in subjects at WASC/GCE/SSCE includingEnglish, Mathematics, Account and Commerce, plus six (6) years working experience. Evidence of computer literacy is mandatory.
xvii. Assistant Chief Porter (Male & Female) – Halls of Residence (MTUCONTISS 05)
Candidate applying for the position must possess ND/NCE in relevant discipline from a recognized institution OR five (5) O/Level credit passes in subject including English Language and Mathematics with nine (9) years’ cognate experience.

xviii. Senior Porter (Male & Female) – Halls of Residence (MTUCONTISS 04)

Candidate applying for the position must possess five (5) O/Level credit passes in subject including English Language and Mathematics with six (6) years’ experience.

xix. Porter (Male & Female) – Halls of Residence (MTUCONTISS 03)
Candidate must possess WASC or SSCE or GCE O/L, NECO with at least 5 passes
including 3 credits. Credit in English Language is compulsory.

xx. Entrepreneurship Officer II – (MTUCONTISS 07)
Candidate must possess a good honours degree in Entrepreneurship Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant discipline.

xxi. Assistant Entrepreneurship Officer– (MTUCONTISS 06)
Candidate must possess OND Certificate/NCE/Professional Qualification in Entrepreneurship Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant discipline with three (3) years relevant experience.

xxii. Entrepreneurship Assistant – (MTUCONTISS 05)
