A concerned neighbor raises alarm over the boyfriend of a single mother of three who comes around to have questionable playtime with her daughter.
In a video taken by a concerned individual from an aerial view, the suspected boyfriend was spotted exchanging gestures with the young girl as both giggled while at the stairs of their supposed apartment.
According to the neighbor, the man often checks in whenever the mother of the kids is not around with struck the neighbor as suspicious.
The man, however, spotted the camera once which made him express a countenance that speaks volumes.
