Job Description
- The Administrative and Logistics Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient support and ensure success of procurement and logistic activities, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards.
- The Administration and Logistics Assistant will assist in the implementation of administrative and logistics activities, he/she will assist in keeping clear records for all administration and logistic operations, including filing and achieving logistics documentation.
Responsibilities
Admin Tasks:
- Prepare documentation, materials, refreshments for meetings and workshops/trainings were necessary.
- Handle travels arrangements for local and international guests including lodging, meal planning if required.
- Provide all administrative and logistical support to the team to ensure timely completion of activities as per the work plan.
- Make timely arrangement to maintain internet faults, office building, furniture, fittings and equipment in coordination and field offices.
- Ensure all offices are fully equipped with office consumables.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems; to ensure integrity and continuity of data/information.
Procurement Tasks:
- Prepare purchase requisitions necessary for office or as requested by project staff.
- Request for bids and quotes from vendors.
- Inspect accurately and timely, goods, services and works procured in order to establish client specification.
- Provides accurate information for inventory management.
Logistics Tasks:
- Assess and organize logistics in terms of transport requirements, receipt, handling, storage and distribution of supplies and establish proper warehousing and recording systems.
- Program the final inventory of materials prior to distribution to the survey sites.
- Provide a list of all equipment stored and distributed to the survey sites.
- Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid unnecessary supply.
- Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
- Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Administration Officer.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Management Studies, or any other related field.
- Previous survey based administrative and logistical support experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year programming experience with relevant working experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive demands and inquiries.
- Excellent inter-personal, communications and representative skills (written, oral, cross-cultural).
- Ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
- Skills in training and management.
- Proficiency in the use of computers (MS Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation).
- Ability to speak English fluently, Hausa and other local languages desirable.

- The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant is responsible for monitoring operations of projects’ activities implementation and support program management and accountability functions.
- He/she contributes toward the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the Design, Monitoring, & Evaluation (DME) unit as well as overall programming process.
Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the activities/project success
- Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
- Supervise all M&E casual workers (Enumerators and Data Entry clerks)
- Conduct training for casual workers on data collection methodologies
- Provide supervision for quantitative data collection activities.
- Conduct data quality checks in the field and ensure accuracy and completeness of survey questionnaires.

- Share a final report incorporating feedback from the CBI project team.
- Conduct brainstorming session with team and other stakeholders to develop research questions, methodology, and data collection tools for operational research.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, Research, Statistics, Economics, and/or Monitoring and Evaluation
- 0 – 2 years or more of experience in conducting evaluations and large-scale qualitative and quantitative studies with international organizations focused on trafficking in persons and or/ smuggling of migrants.
Experience:
- Demonstrated Knowledge/experience in developing training curriculum and facilitating trainings on research and conducting KAP studies.
- Previous working experience in the West African region or Nigeria desirable.
- Computer proficiency, including with data analysis software MS Office Microsoft tools and ability to take notes/drafts and produce high-quality written reports.
- Motivated, committed, responsible, and able to work independently with limited direct supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting published migration related research, preferably on the prevention of trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants

Responsibilities
- Ensure that patients are receiving and consuming proper nourishment.
- Assist in preparing materials used in presenting current nutrition.
- Provide key Nutrition education messages to beneficiaries based on the protocols and guidelines during sensitization.
- Coordinate community mobilization and sensitization of community on Nutrition activities.
- Follow up, inspect and ensure project material are delivered as per specified measurements at field level in timely way, and follow up those not delivered as per requisition.

Job Description
- The Program Assistant Gender Base Violence will directly support the Program Officer in the development, administration and implementation of the CBI’s protection program in Bauchi, both on a daily basis and with a long-term strategic perspective.
- The responsibilities and activities of the Protection Program Officer will be extensive and fluid, depending on the shifting needs of the program, and are likely to include but not be limited to those described below.

- Undertake Protection monitoring activities
- Identify protection gaps and interventions;
- Liaise with relevant line ministries and commissions in order to foster partnerships and encourage national interest and ownership in protection of concerned persons
