
A non-governmental organization working on the improvement of health equity through sustained research, program delivery, technical assistance, and education will be providing technical support through a short-term implementation engagement for the Key Population Size Estimation Study 2022.

Slot: 80 (4 Per State)
Job Description
- The social mobilizer will serve as the liaison officer between interviewers and participants and facilitate the recruitment process for interviews in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The social mobilizer, under the supervision of the KPSE field supervisor, will carry out the following:
- Connect with the community members and mobilize them for interviews
- Inform community members, including spot managers about the study.
- Inform community members about the study and prepare Key Informants for interview sessions.
- Provide community members with updates about the study
- Ensure that interviews are conducted in a congenial and conducive environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Should be leamed and possess at least a First School Leaving Certificate.
- Being a key population community member of the target group is an advantage.
- 1 – 2 years experience working with Key previous populations.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Residents in the selected state are strongly preferred.
- A good team player.
- Familiarity with the key population hotspots in the state
- The ability to speak the local dialect is desirable.
