The House Leader, Kwara House of Assembly, Abubakar Mogaji Olawoyin, is dead.

Olawoyin died on Monday after a protracted illness.

The politician was a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress and candidate for Ilorin Central Constituency in the 2023 general elections.

In 2022, Olawoyin contested the constituency ticket of the party alongside Toyin Agaka on the platform and won.
