Davido offers $10k to hotel staff who returned misplaced $70k to customer

Nigerian singer Davido has pledged to give a staff member of the Eko Hotel and Suites, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, $10,000 after she returned a customer’s lost $70,000 in Lagos.

Davido made this known in a tweet on Sunday.

Reacting to the news he said, “Find her for me … I donate $10k”

Mary informed the hotel management of the incident after finding the bag with the enormous amount of money.

The General Manager of the hotel immediately started the process of returning the money to its rightful owner in accordance with the establishment’s principle of integrity and transparency.
