Job Description
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Define and articulate the product vision, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and updates to be delivered over time. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product’s scope and functionality.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive product development. Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Embrace Agile methodologies and work with development teams to iteratively deliver high-quality products. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Advocate for the needs of the end-users and ensure that user feedback and insights are integrated into the product development process. Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies. Develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and other assets to support the successful introduction of new products or features.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Monitor and analyze product metrics, user engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and data insights. Identify areas for optimization, enhancements, and new features to drive ongoing product evolution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members. Share best practices, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall growth of the product management team.
Requirements

- A Technical Product Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in the development and success of technology products.
