Certificate Saga: If I have been paid or promised anything by Tinubu to speak against Atiku, I should not succeed in my work – Reno Omokri

In a recent article published on X formerly Known as Twitter, Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide to Goodluck Jonathan, has vowed that he will not succeed in his work if he has been paid or promised anything by Bola Tinubu to speak against Atiku Abubakar.

In the Past, Omokri has been a vocal critic of Tinubu, particularly in relation to allegations of corruption and educational qualifications. He has also been a strong supporter of Atiku, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 Nigerian general election, however Reno omokri has stood firm to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the controversy sorrounding his certificate obtained at the Chicago State University.

In a recent article published on X formerly Known as Twitter, Reno Omokri, Stated that they just allowed some people who are grossly ignorant of the American system because they never studied, lived or worked in the US to deceive them. People who have personal animosity with Bola Tinubu. Read the deposition yourself. NOTHING there states or can even be stretched to state that Bola Tinubu forged his certificate. The deposition by Chicago State University’s registrar, Mr. Caleb Westberg, is like an advert for President Tinubu.

Chicago State University stood on the fact that certificates are for ceremonial purposes, and they only certified it for President Tinubu because it is ‘more of a Nigerian thing’.
