It was gathered that many passengers were injured but no casualties were record during the accident.
A Bus Rapid Transit on Tuesday morning was involved in an accident which occurred on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
This was seen in a video uploaded on X platform (formerly Twitter) by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, which revealed that the accident occurred in front of Conoil at Valley Estate, inward Ile Zik on Lagos Abeokuta Expressway.
The Traffic Management wrote: “A serious accident has occurred on the BRT corridor, just in front of Conoil at Valley Estate, inward Ile Zik on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.
“Effect of this occurrence on traffic is minimal, however, our officers, as well as all other concerned authorities, including men of the Nigerian Police Force are on the ground doing the needful.”
