BREAKING: Court Orders Release of 313 Alleged Terrorists, Lack of Evidence

Federal High Court in Borno has Ordered the release of 313 Suspected Terrorists.

The court mandated their release due to insufficient evidence to incriminate the suspects following investigations.

Maj. Gen. Buba Edward, Director of Defence Media Operations revealed this during a briefing in Abuja on Thursday.

He said, “The court ordered the release for want of evidence after the conclusion of investigation and other ancillary matters.

“Accordingly, they would be handed over to the Borno State Government for further action.”
