Requirements:
a. The applicant must be an indigene of the State with the exception of Medical Doctors.
b. The applicants must be Indigene of the state with exception of Medical Officers
c. An applicant must possess a minimum Qualification of the Cadre applied for and has current practicing license
d. The applicant must not be above the age of fifty years (50)
