
A statement released on Wednesday, by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, said Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, SAN, who has been serving as the Pro-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja, will assume the same role at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti.
President Bola Tinubu has given the green light to swap the Pro-Chancellors and Chairmen of the Governing Councils for two federal universities: Federal University Oye-Ekiti and Federal University Lokoja.
A statement released on Wednesday, by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, said Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, SAN, who has been serving as the Pro-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja, will assume the same role at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti.
According to the stat ement, Engineer Kayode Ojo, who previously held a similar position at Oye-Ekiti, will assume the role in Lokoja.
Onanuga added that the strategic change is part of President Tinubu’s initiative to foster diversity and national cohesion in the management of the country’s universities.
