American content creator Woah Vicky has expressed concern over the widespread hunger and poverty she observed during her recent visit to Lagos, Nigeria.
Sharing her experience on her X handle, Vicky acknowledged Lagos’ vibrant nightlife but lamented the struggles faced by many Nigerians.
Vicky called for more meaningful efforts to address these issues, advocating for “prayer, missions, and tangible support” to improve the lives of Nigerians.
She stated, “I recently visited Lagos, Nigeria, and while it is known for its nightlife and clubs, I could not help but notice the bigger picture.
“So many people there are struggling with hunger and poverty.
“It is heartbreaking, sad to see visitors focusing on the parties only when there’s such a clear need for help. Nigeria needs prayer, missions, and tangible support, not just tourism for entertainment.
“Let’s pray for this country and find ways to contribute to real change,” she added.
