As the Anambra State governorship election approaches, slated for November 8, 2025, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the prices for its nomination and expression of interest forms.

According to a letter sent to Chidi Chidebe, Chairman of the Anambra State PDP chapter, Sunday Ude-Okoye, National Secretary of the APC, and members of the National Working Committee (NWC), the PDP has outlined its schedule for the election process.
The documents, signed by PDP National Organising Secretary, Umar Bature, and dated February 13, specified that the final date for form submission is March 7, PUNCH reports.
The sale of both the nomination and expression of interest forms will begin on February 24 and end in March.
The PDP Anambra State governorship primary is set for April 5, with a committee designated to handle appeals from the primary on April 8.
In addition, a critical stakeholder interactive session with the NWC will take place on March 10 at the PDP National Headquarters in Wadata Plaza, Abuja.
Aspirants will be screened on March 11, and appeals related to the screening will be heard on March 14.
The NWC will meet on March 19 to approve and release the list of cleared candidates.
A ward congress to elect three ad hoc delegates per ward will be held between March 20 and March 21, while a local government congress to elect one delegate per local government area (LGA) is scheduled for March 27.
The PDP NWC will present the Certificate of Return to the party’s candidate on April 10, and the candidate’s name and that of their running mate will be submitted to INEC on May 22.
