JUST IN: Obi, El-Rufai, Amaechi, Ihedioha, Others Arrive At Yar’Dua Centre For Coalition Meeting

Members of the opposition coalition, under the auspices of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), are converging on the Yar’Dua Centre in Abuja for a media conference.

Already, the 2023 persidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi; a former governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai; the Dino Melaye, a former Minister of Youth and Sports; Solomon Dalong; Dele Momodu, Senator Gabriel Suswam, and Senator Ireti Kingibe of the Labour Party (LP) are at the venue.

Also present are a former Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi; a former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha; and a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (retd.).

Several other politicians from across the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Social Democratic Party (SDP), and the LP are also in attendance.

A former Senate President, David Mark, is expected to lead other members of the coalition into the hall for the conference to commence.
