Kimberly Olanma Nweze, daughter of Nigeria’s Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, has made headlines after graduating with First Class Honours in Robotics Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
Her academic feat places her among a rare group, as she becomes only the second known Nigerian to achieve such a distinction in the field—following Silas Adekunle, famed for creating the world’s first intelligent gaming robot, MekaMon.
Proud parents Senator Umahi and his wife, Rachel Umahi, were present at the ceremony to celebrate their daughter’s remarkable achievement.
