Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has approved the recruitment of 12,000 workers in Adamawa State as part of efforts to tackle unemployment and strengthen public service delivery.
According to the government’s breakdown, the recruitment will span key sectors:
5,000 for the Civil Service Commission
5,000 teachers for post-primary schools
2,000 health workers for the Hospital Management Board
The exercise aligns with the governor’s agenda to boost efficiency in governance, education, and healthcare. Recruitment is expected to begin soon, with a focus on merit and transparency.
