Nigerian businessman Francis Van-Lare, popularly known on Facebook as Poi Master, has announced an all-expenses-paid trip to Qatar and Turkey for Ms. Comfort Emmanson.
This came following the viral saga between Comfort and Ibom Air airline, which accused her of unruly behaviour on their flight.
Francis’s offer to take her overseas, however, came following the release of the Ibom Air passenger from the Kirikiri correctional facility.
Van-Lare announced in a Facebook post on Wednesday, August 13, writing: “Breaking News, Poi Master offers Ibom Air passenger a free trip to Doha in Qatar and Istanbul Turkey 🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️.”
The gesture has sparked widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing surprise and amusement at how the incident, which initially drew criticism, has turned into a wave of support for Emmanson.
