Just in: X experiences global outage as users unable to access app, site

X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, has stopped working in what appears to be a major global outage.

Both the website and app failed to load, showing only the company’s logo instead of the usual feed of posts.

The disruption began early Tuesday, and the company has yet to provide an explanation for the outage or an estimate of when service might resume.

According to tracking website Down Detector, users around the world are experiencing similar problems.

Unlike many other major platforms, X does not maintain a status page to inform users about outages.

Updates typically come directly from the company or its owner, Elon Musk, via the platform itself—but those official accounts were also inaccessible during the disruption.
