Duties
- The incumbent serves as the principal administrative support person for shipping section.
- The position provides shipping and administrative vehicle support for the International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) to over 85 USDH, representing five US Federal Agencies and maintain accurate vehicle list for Consulate community.
- The position handles shipping documentation advises employees on vehicle insurance coverage, premium, procedures, deadlines and initiate claims for official and personal vehicle whenever the need arise.
Requirements
Education:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of shipping or clerical support experience in an office environment is required.
Language:
- Fluent Speaking / Reading / Writing of English is required
Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a clear valid driver’s license. Must be able to use the Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Must have excellent service skills.

Remuneration

Agency Benefits:
- Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Lagos, Nigera may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
- For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
- The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
