CONSULTANT – GL. 15
Qualification requirements: –
i. MBBS, MBChB degree registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
ii. NYSC discharge certificate or exception certificate;
iii. Postgraduate Fellowship from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or West Africa Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalents;
iv. Current Annual practicing Licence.
REGISTRAR – GL. 12
Qualification requirements: –
i. MBBS, MBChB degree registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
ii. NYSC discharge certificate or exception certificate;
iii. At least one year post-registration cognate experience ;
iv. Current Annual practicing Licence.
MEDICAL OFFICER – GL 12
Qualification requirements: –
i MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery);
ii Full registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
iii. A current practicing Licence;
iv. Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
v. NYSC exemption Certificate / NYSC Discharge Certificate.
DENTAL OFFICER – GL 12
Qualification requirements: –
i Degree in Dental Surgery;
ii Full registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
iii. A current practicing Licence;
iv. Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
v. NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
MEDICAL IMAGING SCIENTIST-GL.08
Qualification requirements: –
i Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography (B. Rad) from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification registrable with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria RRBN);
ii. A current practicing Licence;
iii. Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
iv. NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
DENTAL THERAPIST-GL.08
Qualification requirements: –
i Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dental Hygiene from an approved Health Institution OR Four-year post WASC/SSSC training programme in an approved School of Dental Hygiene;
ii. A current practicing Licence;
DENTAL TECHNOLOGIST-GL.08
Qualification requirements: –
i Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology;
ii. A current practicing Licence;
iii. NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
HEALTH TECHNICIAN (DENTAL SURGERY)-GL.07
Qualification requirements: –
i. Completion of three-year training programme at the School of Health Technology;
ii Registration with the appropriate Body for Dental Surgery Technician;
iii. current practicing Licence
NURSING OFFICER I-GL.09
Qualification requirements: –
i B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University;
ii Certificate of registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN);
iii A current practicing Licence;
iv NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
NURSING OFFICER II GL.08
Qualification requirements: –
i RN plus RM;
ii Certificate of registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN);
iii A current practicing Licence;
PHARMACISTS GL 10
Qualification requirements: –
i Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm);
ii Certificate of registration with Pharmacists Registration Board of Nigeria plus at least one-year post registration cognate experience;
iii A current practicing Licence;
iv NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification requirements: –
i. Completion of three-year training programme at the School of Health Technology;
ii Registration with the appropriate Body for Pharmacy Technician;
iii. current practicing Licence
SCIENTIFIC OFFICER-GL.08
Qualification requirements: –
i B.Sc. in medical and appropriate natural sciences;
ii NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST,GL 10
Qualification requirements: –
i Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science;
ii Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN);
iii A current practicing Licence;
iv NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification requirements: –
i Completion of three years training in Medical Laboratory Technician course;
ii Registration with Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician;
iii A current practicing Licence;
MEDICAL RECORDS TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification requirements: –
i. Associate Membership of the Association of Medical Records Technician;
ii. Associate Membership of health records officers registration board of Nigeria ;
iii. Certificate of Registration with the Health Records Officer Registration board of Nigeria
NUTRITION OFFICER II
Qualification requirements:-
i. Degree in Nutrition and Food Dietitics
ii. Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
iii. NYSC DISCHARGE Certificate / Exemption Certificate
